Akyaka’da bayram tatili boyunca 7 gün konakladık. Aras Bey’in tavır ve ilgisinden evin konumuna ve evin güzelliğine kadar her şey kusursuzdu. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğünden de güzel ve tertemizdi. Evin imkanlarına bayıldık. Evde aklınıza gelebilecek her şey mevcut. Neredeyse her gece havuza girip keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Akyaka’ya gelecekseniz kesinlikle burada konaklayın. Konum olarak da harika ve neredeyse her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Aras Bey çok ilgili bir ev sahibi, her zaman halimizi hatrımızı sordu, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Bir daha gelirsek kesinlikle burada konaklamak isteriz.

The host was very attentive and very responsive, we had problems with electricity during our stay and he replied back and helped us out immediately. The best part of this house was the location. It was a 5-minute walk from the city center, where most bars and restaurants are located. During our stay, pool got cleaned everyday. We booked this house as 5 friends, we needed two bathrooms meaning we expected to find two toilets and two showers as described. That’s one of the main reasons why we chose this house over a single bathroom house. However, one of the showers’ cabin glas was not there and everytime we took a shower it would flood the bathroom! On top of that, one of the toilets was broken and it smelled horrible when we flushed. So one of the two bathrooms was out of use. We had to share a single toilet and a shower between 5 people. We told the host about our bathroom issue, but you know you dont want to deal with these issues during your vacation. Couches may seem beige/white from the photos, but they had grey/brown stains on them. The house did not feel homey, we couldn’t really use the house and the living room area because of those stains and the old smell of the house. Only one of the 3 bedrooms had A/C (it was mentioned in the description but as it gets around 35-40 C degrees in Akyaka, we had trouble sleeping because of the heat.) There were portable fans for each room – which was better than nothing. The suggestion for us is the house should require some renovation. We are recommending to book this house if you dont care about the above mentioned point because at least the location was really good and you can go most of the places by walking.
