The house is next to a small lake, surrounded by vegetation, trees, roosters, ducks, iguanas, and cats. It is like being in a country house.
Please note that rates in Miami are extremely expensive, a motel costs $80-$120 per 4 hours, an Airbnb at Downtown, Brickell, or South Beach is $200 and up per night plus fees. Our accommodations are totally furnished, equipped, decorated and extremely clean.
It has a full size bed plus a sofa bed that will be enabled upon request plus an extra charge, full kitchen, 55 SmartTV, Fast WIFI, split ac, full bathroom ensuite.
The units are completely independent of each other. The only shared outdoor space is the beautiful deck by the lake, behind the house, and the amenities (swimming pools and tennis courts) that are part of the development of houses.
1 parking space for a mid-size car or SUV (there is no space for visitors or trailers)
The neighborhood is not flashy or expensive, it is a place where people feel comfortable and safe, people know their neighbors and look out for each other, must of the neighbors are families or elderly people; you can feel safe walking around.
We understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to neighborhoods and surroundings. We have tried our best to choose a neighborhood that is safe, quiet, pleasant, and affordable, our business it's been growing and running perfectly for more than 5 years, we started with one unit now we have almost 15 units. We are sure you will enjoy your stay with us.
