The home was nice but the yard space was not up to par. The grass was tall and had not been cut. There was trash in the yard. The pool had not been cleaned. The back patio had not been swept and the patio furniture had not been cleaned.

We stayed at this property for three nights and faced several issues. The cleanliness was well below par, with dirty bed sheets, floors, and bathroom linens. The kitchen trash bin and refrigerator light were broken, and the yard /pool were unkept. Essential Airbnb amenities like soap, coffee, kitchen hand towels, etc.. were missing, lack of window blinds on most windows and stickers on bathroom windows compromised our privacy. We also found cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Despite contacting the host our the first morning there, we received no timely response till we reached out to Airbnb for a refund, the host offered no compensation other than blamed his staff for the issues. This experience was very disappointing, especially at this price point. We hope our feedback prompts improvements for future guests.

Jason and his place were the perfect retreat for a getaway to finish some much needed work. It was cozy, comfortable, and Jason was very responsive when needed! The cookware was nice and I enjoyed making my own meals as well. Thank you and look forward to being back!

This home was what we needed — clean, comfortable beds and living areas. Recently updated. It was in a convenient area of town and the host was responsive. It is minimalist by design and lacked some of the nicer amenities such as plush towels and extra blankets and dressers in bedrooms. BUT the cleanliness, price point, and good beds were more than worth the minor drawbacks. We would definitely stay again.
