For the premises, I would give a 1-star rating. But because Bereket was friendly and did his best to make me comfortable, I bumped it up to 3 stars. The bedroom and living room were comfortable (but TV & WiFi U/S), the outside 'bathroom' most certainly was not! It is a tin shed with separate cubicles for 'shower' and toilet. It is accessed by an un-covered and un-lit muddy path (not good on a wet night!). The 'shower' is a shower base with drain set into the concrete floor. Beside it is a barrel of water and a 2-litre jug. You use the jug to scoop cold water from the barrel and pour it over yourself. No towel was provided. The toilet is a squat pit-toilet (there is NO running-water on the whole property). The same jug used for your shower is also uses for the toilet, to wash your bottom with your hand (left hand only for those unused to the method, since you eat with your right hand!). I had no issue with this method, having been taught how to use such methods in SE Asia.
