On arriving we was told off by a lady for not following the one way road but a car was parked covering the sign so we was not aware. The accommodation was small but we was aware of this but even small people would struggle in the bathroom. There is no privacy unless you shut the curtains everyone looks straight in to your caravan. The caravan layout is poorly designed. There’s a small gated area next to the van that can’t be used due to an overgrown tree. There is a light switch coming off the wall, the shower has a missing tap to change the shower head, there is a large stain on the wall above the fireplace The bathroom is in need of some TLC. There is a hot tub that we didn’t use which we didn’t expect but I think the money should have been spent on the maintenance of the caravan instead. We also was not aware of the portable hob and oven that you would have to set up somewhere if you could find a space.

We stayed two nights between Xmas/New Year, Studio was easy to find, satnav straight to the door. Given the time of year, site very quiet which was great. As in previous reviews, yes it’s a compact space, bathroom & bedroom space is tight, but once you work out best way to utilise works ok. Agree sofa not the most comfortable but then only used morning and evening. Studio had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and warm. Heating very effective. Great location for seeing the area, recommend Dragon Palace Chinese about 10min drive & also Amroth Arms pub, fabulous Steak. & Ale pie! Note also not in the listing yet is a wood fire hot tub…👍

Very small living area , if your a bigger person you will not be able to use the bathroom .Studio is very well equipt with everything you will need and spotlessly clean.Setee is very uncomfortable and living space and cooking space very restricted , a board to cover sink would give more surface space , and an outside cooking area would have made things easier . The studio is lovely and modern but too smaller space for us , i would not recomend taking a large dog to this property there just isnt the space for them .it could be very cosy if nice seating was provided .the decking and outside area is pristine and lovely to sit out on and have your morning coffee .the bedroom is very clean and l8nen supplied , bed is very comfy .you are situated by a road that is all closed off so its safe for dogs but you will hear every car or farm machinery that passes , but it is a very quiet road and this was only an issue when i wanted a lie in 😆
