Our villa is located further down the villas area but is pretty peaceful and quiet. shoutout to Ardiyana, our guest relation/butler, whose warmth and fluency in English ensure seamless communication and a delightful stay from the moment you arrive. Ardiyana goes above and beyond to ensure our settling-in process is smooth, attending to every detail with efficiency and a genuine passion for serving guests. His prompt responses & unwavering commitment to resolving any issues demonstrate his dedication to ensuring our stay exceeds expectations. Ardiyana's exceptional service extends beyond mere assistance; he anticipates our needs and fulfills them with precision and care, leaving no request unanswered. Fantastic all around! Beautiful villa. Friendly and responsive staff. We had an amazing time at this villa. Breakfast was delicious and they catered to my friend's need of gluten-free. Truly wonderful host and staff. Cannot fault them! The *only* thing I think should be mentioned is that the villa doesn't completely lock to the outside. In the "backyard" of the villas you have a shower in one and a bath in the other (gorgeous outdoor bathing!). There is a high-ish retaining wall but not so high someone couldn't hop over. There is a glass door that remains unlocked into and out of this back area into the villa bathrooms. We were told that there was no need to worry as there is a security guard on at night, but I was unable to fully relax at night knowing that my villa remained unlocked to the outside world 24/7. I'm sure it's never been an issue but this could be fixed by adding a lock to the glass doors. It was my first time in Bali - maybe this isn't uncommon? Not sure.

very nice and peaceful place. you can hear a natural sounds like birds and other animals sometimes. i love it.. music to my ears. there is a construction going on nearby though. they even work at night but luckilynot so loud at night. only during the day but i wasnt around. the road to the villa is quite narrow. but it still accessible with 7seater car. we love the pool so much. water is not cold. Our host mr Eri is very helpful and responsive. He even made attempt to contact me a few days prior to my check in and even offer his help. he waited for us even we're check in quite late. he also attended our reques accordingly. we wish for a brighter future for him. we will definitely stay here afain for our nxt trip.

This was the perfect stay. Felt at home instantly I found that Eri who welcomed us was very nice and friendly. Eri also went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us. I cannot recommend this stay more it was great.
