S-Bahn station just a few minutes' walk away to get to Salzburg or Bad Reichenhall/Berchtesgaden. Large playground with climbing frames and a toboggan hill not far away. Great cycling and hiking trails available directly from the farm. Insider tip for mountain bikers is the Högl “just around the corner”. By bike you can reach the border bridge to Salzburg in 5 minutes! Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Salzburg "Mozart" City in 20 minutes with opportunities for sightseeing (SalzBURG Fortress, Mirabell Gardens), Europark shopping or nightlife. It also takes 20 minutes to get to the spa town of Bad Reichenhall. Be sure to visit Cafe Reber there ;-) Munich is about 130km or 1.5 hours away. It takes about 3 hours to get to Vienna by car or, even more conveniently, by train. Great mountain panorama or for mountain climbing can be reached in just a few minutes.
