Great place, the room was very clean and comfortable and there's a big kitchen with tea and coffee and breakfast items. Sandra, the house manager, was very friendly and helpful, she made sure to send me messages to check in and make sure I had everything I needed which was most appreciated. The location is a 20 minute walk from Temple Bar area but also has restaurants and coffee shops plus the Epic museum near by. I'd highly recommend this place for solo travellers or friends that want their own private rooms.

This is place is great, would highly recommend. The whole place was extremely clean, and everything everything looks quite new. Sandra, the manager, was very hospitable, and was always offering assistance. Basically like a mini-hotel, but for a fraction of the price.

A convenient location close to Connolly station for those travelling by train (also convenient to the bus from the ferry port). Small but functional room, good breakfast provided. The host was responsive and coped with my somewhat fluid check-in time (I had to rearrange things after a ferry cancellation), and the locals were helpful when I couldn't quite work things out on arrival :-). It's a residential area but numerous places to eat in the docklands area around 10 minutes' walk south. Wasn't cheap the night I was there but better value than anything else I could find in that part of Dublin (I think prices in the city generally were inflated because of the All-Ireland hurling final the next day).

Definitely the spot to stay in if you’re going to Dublin!
