Casa Buena is located in between 2 fishing villages near old Port San Blas and surrounded by luscious mango, jackfruit and banana plantations. The charming setting of the Mexican back country in which we live hosts a deep creativity and unhindered beauty. We have breathtaking view in each direction: a magnificent Pacific ocean view to the West, picturesque Sierra Madre Mountains to the East, and gorgeous tropical gardens to the South and neighbouring jungle to the North. It is a tranquil place with the only real sounds coming from the ocean and the birds, which we have in abundance.
Besides Historical San Blas Fort and the many beautiful pristine beaches in the area, you can have an adventure at the La Tovara. This 8 mile round trip to the Jungle on a motor boat will take you through an exotic tunnel of overhanging mangrove branches, where iguanas and tropical birds take refuge. English Speaking birdwatching tour guide can be arranges as well.
Casa Verde rests 30 feet above a scenic ocean view with an easy access to a rocky beach which seldom sees visitors. Historic port San Blas is also a hidden gem with authentic flavor for shopping, visiting Old Fort or enjoying sarandiado, slowly smoked and grilled fish, recipe native to Nayarit

To get around, you can hire a taxi or a shuttle bus that can pick you up from the Casa. We are close to the main road, where you can take any public transportations coming by.
There are buses leaving from nearby Hotel Casa Manana (10 min walk from the house) that can take you to San Blas, Tepic or Puerto Vallarta.
To get here, you can take a bus from Puerto Vallarta, we can also arrange a taxi or even pick you up at the airport upon request.
If you drive your own car, we have parking space available for the guests.
