Beautifully renovated historic home in cute neighborhood just a few minutes’ walk to the waterfront and downtown with its coop grocery store, nice restaurants, and charming cafes. Interior is very tasteful and comfortable. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Will return!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has been beautifully redone with lovely finishes. The toiletries, towels, and linens were high quality and plentiful. The location is perfect, quiet with lots of parking and an easy walk to lots of shops and restaurants. We had a maintenance issue and Hannah really went above and beyond to make it right - it was some of the best customer service I've ever had at a rental home. I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived after a fairly big snow storm for the state, they received about 3-4" in Belfast and then got Ice on top of that. The driveway was cleared fairly well, but I was disheartened to see that the deck was not properly cleaned off and I had to shovel the ice myself the next day. This made bringing in luggage a tad annoying as the other entrance is at the top of the driveway off of the sidewalk at the front of the house. If you have an elderly companion with you, it might be best to let them out at the top of the driveway had plenty of extra towels, blankets, and pillows in the closet for use. Blankets came in handy due to the draft coming from the basement, as most older homes have. I wish they had blinds in the hallway between the dining and master bedroom, at night it felt like the neighbors might be able to see right in! During our stay I did have to work remote & I hoped that having WiFi and a work space would mean I could, the WiFi was very slow: 21/5Mbps up/download speeds

What a fantastic home! We had a wonderful stay at Thomas's beautiful cape in Belfast. The gorgeous kitchen is well equipped for cooking and hanging out, the bathrooms are luxurious, the bedrooms are big and comfortable. We all agreed we would happily live in this house forever. It's a perfect balance of antique charm (those beams! the pine floors!) and modern style and convenience. It was spotlessly clean, warm and cozy, easy to park multiple cars - an ideal retreat for our family.
