Good place on the edge of Paris. Clean and well maintained with good access to Metro and tram stops. We had nice walks by the canal and in Butte Chaumont, straight from the apartment.

This apartment was just as described in the photos and met our expectations. We used the apartment as a base to come back to in the evenings after a long day out in Paris. The partment itself was a good size for four people [two parents and two teenagers], plenty of bedding and towels for us. The sofa bed was a bit creaky, but our teenagers still had a good night sleep on it. The toilet in the apartment is a seperate room which we felt was a bit small - the toilet room door is right in your face when closed and it didnt have a sink in it so we had a wash our hands in the kithcen sink after each loo break [there was more than enough toilet paper for us there]. The main bedroom was perfect and there was plently of storage in there too. The location is ideal if you are travelling to visit Paris, the no. 7 Metro line is less than a 5 minute walk, plenty of restaurants, cafes and local stores nearby to get essentials. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recomend.

Cédric’s listing was comfortable, adorable, and had everything we needed! There is no shortage of spices and teas - loved that touch. The beds were very comfortable and many towels were provided as well as toiletries and a hairdryer! The unit itself also has a washer AND dryer which is rare in Europe haha - this made washing clothes super convenient. The host also provided the detergent! The apartment itself is very charming and Parisian - it is on a third floor walk up but the stairs are quite short so not too difficult to get your luggage up. Note the toilet is in a different room than the bathroom/shower. The shower is quite small as many showers in France are. The neighbors are friendly as well. The location is a 20-30 Uber ride to tourist destinations like the Eiffel. There is also a metro a few steps away. There are many great restaurants nearby. The host is VERY responsive and helpful, one of the best airbnb hosts I’ve ever had! Would highly recommend this host and apartment.

The flat is old, small and the bed and sofa beds are not really comfortable. There is also a dusty smell in all rooms. The building is next to a train station so there is constant noise. It is also on the 3rd floor without lift, but that’s typical of many Paris buildings. This is managed by an agency and they were extremely slow to respond when we reported a problem with the TV and the bathroom, but admittedly quick to fix it. On the positive side, I love books and the library was full of gems. Overall a so-so experience and I won’t be returning.

Pros : 1. Place is near to metro ,tram station . 2. Peaceful surrounding 3. Kitchen was well equipped. 4. Washing machine and Dryer worked well. Cons : 1. The winter had started , the temperature had dropped and the heater wasn't working. We were shivering bcz of not having enough warmth in the house. We also requested the owner to help us with a portable or an electric heater. Am super sensitive to cold due to some health issue. Initially he didn't answer , but later on just said they dnt have it. It really put us off as he didn't even both to ask us later if everything was fine . ( especially after saying that one amongst us cnt bear such dropping temperatures so the house has to be warm. 2. The bathroom cubicle too small. 3. the Toilet was too small. One can hardly move. The exhaust fan wasn't working in there. 4. Hot water was there on day one and nother day was just warm 5. Sofa had stains. Needs deep cleaning. we were scared to sit down
