We had a wonderful relaxing experience. We arrived later than planned so it was dark and it was lovely to see how beautiful the tent was in the dark, it felt so welcoming. The beds were comfortable, the tent was beautifully furnished and the kitchen and private compost loo had everything we needed. We loved the thoughtful welcoming tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and marshmallows. There were even special extending forks for toasting the marshmallows on the fire. The location is stunningly beautiful, very peaceful and only a short drive to Rock and the ferry to Padstowe. Thank you for a lovely break, we want to come back.

What a place! We had a great time in the Peacock tent and Carol was the best host, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They even organised a tractor trailer ride around the farm and my two young boys fed the cows. The tent was a great size, there was plenty of room, plenty of bedding, blankets and towels too. The private little kitchen had a double camping stove and all the cooking equipment you needed and a sink area. The composting toilet was clean and didn’t smell. The tent is positioned in a field on a slight hill which provides great views and lots of space for children to run and play. There is a farm shop only a 5min walk that has a great play area and cafe and pick your own strawberries/sunflowers when in season. We went to a lovely beach only 10min away called Polzeath which the boys loved. Overall we had the best time and will definitely be returning!

Stayed for a night with our 4 year old to extend our holiday, and so pleased we did! It was so much fun to toast marshmallows and run around on the grass with a football. The space was spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. We were going to camp but couldn't fit our stuff in the car on top of our holiday luggage, this was a wonderful alternative and Carol made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Thank you ever so much again and we look forward to coming back!
