This cottage was perfection! The hosts were so generous and thought of everything (even treats for the kids!). The setting is so special and listening to the ocean from every room was beautiful. We enjoyed a walk along the beach to Swansea, a meal at the local restaurant and a hike up Mt Amos (absolutely amazing views, though not for the faint hearted!). The house had every single thing we could have thought of to make it a comfortable stay, including very effective heating and a great range of dishes, cookware, books and kids games. Every room was completely spotless and clean. Cannot fault this stay and highly recommend it!!

Penny and Paul provide a charming cottage with a quirky mix of old and new. The place has everything you could possibly need in a tranquil panoramic setting. From the warmth of the fire, home made , biscuits, bread, personal notes, jam, and goodies we immediately felt welcomed as we entered this beautiful well presented home. Paul and Penny are perfect hosts ensuring you enjoy their hospitality. With two sitting areas we had plenty of room, were comfortable , warm and settled . The bedrooms all had sea views . Outside the surrounding garden, sitting areas , paths and entertaining areas have been tastefully designed to take in views from all directions. Children are welcomed with games, books, and toys. Outdoors children can play explore and have fun. Come night time, gorgeous fairy lights tastefully placed light up this very unique property as a fire pit provides warmth and comfort as you listen to the sound of the sea. A well maintained short track leads to the beach .

Bluff Cottage was a holiday spot of dreams! So much character, amazingly beautiful setting, and it felt like home as soon as we walked in. Penny and Paul were brilliant hosts and the little thoughtful touches (like freshly baked goods, welcome platter, local produce, roaring fire on arrival, and most of a a delicious birthday cake made for my daughter!!!) made for a memorable stay. Thank you for having us, we already can’t wait to return. A super special little slice of heaven with lovely hosts who went well above and beyond. Best holiday ever!

We had a wonderful stay here. a glorious location, very comfortable and ideal with small children. There were so many special extras from the cheese platter and freshly baked bread on arrival to the comfortable beds and living areas all of which made us feel very welcome. There we si many different sitting and dining locations outside to enjoy the view and beautifully lit at night. we would highly recommend Bluff Cottage for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
