This is a spacious 4BR 3BA appt in the penthouse of a high rise in central JLM, with a wrap-around balcony on the second floor. We have traveled plenty and this space had the best view I’ve ever had from any place we’ve ever stayed! Literally the entire city spans beneath the unit. Our only issue was cleanliness and furnishings didn’t match the standard of the building or unit. Oh and we had an issue with the dryer. That said the price was excellent hence our five star rating. Thanks for the great stay!

היו כמה בעיות: 1- בעל הבית לא זכר שהמחיר שקבענו היה כולל מע''ם. הייתי צריך להוכיח לו דרך התכתוויות באתר. 2- בעל הבית לא זכר שבאתר כתוב שתי מקומות חנייה והוא רצה שאשלם על החנייה השנייה עד ששלחתי העתק מסך של מה שכתוב באתר. זה היה נראה שבעל הבית רצה לגזור עליי קופון בכל דרך. תזהרו לקבוע את כל הפרטים בכתב ובאופן חד משמעי. 3- התאורה למעלה במרפסת של הקומה 24 מופעלת על ידי הרמת כפתורים בלוח חשמלי. אחרי שהרמנו בלילה הראשון והיה תאורה, היא נכבית אוטומטית אחרי כמה שעות. ניסיתי להבין מה קורה בלוח חשמלי אבל לא הצלחתי. התקשרתי לבעל הבית שעה לפני שבת והוא לא עזר לי, הוא היה חסר סבלנות ואפילו לא ענה לטלפון כשאתקשרתי שוב. 4- יש מקלחת שמים יוצאים מממנה שמרטיבים את כל חדר האמבטיה. חוץ מזה היה בסדר. המיקום טוב והבית נעים. קיבלנו דרך האתר, מחיר טוב של 4250 ש''ח כולל מעם לשתי לילות.

This is the most special apartment I've stayed in throughout Jerusalem. The rooftop deck is stunning and the views are like nowhere else in Jerusalem. We felt fortunate to stay in this apartment.
