I traded horse life for mountain life and moved into this woodsy home near Lake Gregory. It has been a family favorite and now it's a Guest Favorite on AirBnB. The mountain ranch theme is evident throughout the home with cowboy hats and frontier jackets. Priced low for outdoorsy couples and friends looking to disconnect from the city and reconnect with nature. Lake Gregory is just a 2 minute drive or a 15 minute walk. Just the place to make memories and rekindle friendships. If Tom Sawyer lived in the mountains. This storybook cabin with woodsy themes is a gateway to adventure and relaxation. The woodsy themed interior - Knotty Pine boards throughout and each window has a view of trees. It's a cabin you can spend the whole day in Pajamas with a good book or if you're drawn to the outdoors, take in the mountain breeze on the outside deck . Evenings are often spent on the patio with a drink of choice listening for owl calls and fussy squirrel kits bedding down in the large oak above the deck.

Brian’s cabin is rustic charming with comfortable amenities. Easy to use kitchen with a great stove. The furnishings and decor were congruent with the setting and design of his cabin. The patio was perfect to sit on and play a boardgame

Amazing experience. House is perfect for couples or small families. Everything was labeled and so many amenities were included. The feel of the house is perfect. Nice and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house is so cute, clean, and cozy! We will be booking again.

Quiet mountain community with very walkable streets all the way to the lake. It's not uncommon to see a Coyote, Raccoon, Stellar Jay or other wildlife during your walk. You will see several streams in the canyon and a wide variety of cedars, pines and dogwoods as well as hearty mountain vegetation.
Driving and parking in the adorable and rustic town of Crestline is incredibly convenient compared to the bigger mountain towns. Two minute drive to the lake and five minute drive into town. Bikes are a fun way to explore if you don't mind a bit of hill climbing. Otherwise walking into town is a 45 minute walk that takes you along the lake.

I grew up in a rural area with lots of woods to explore. I guess I never stopped exploring as I've traveled to just about every national park in the country. As soon as I set my eyes on this mountain home surrounded by trees, I knew I found a place where adventure was just beyond the front door. What's the point of discovery if not to share it with others?
