This seaside condo is located in Grand-Barachois and is only minutes away from Parlee Beach and Shediac. Perfect for daytrips around New Brunswick or to explore one of the many beaches in Canada's warmest ocean waters. This condo is located on the 2nd floor and has its own 10X10 deck. The unit features a private bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa with a double bed. Amenities include tennis, gym, pool, hot tub and access to a beach. Dining and activities less then 5 minutes away in Shediac. This is a luxury condo development in Grand Barachois. It is located minutes away from Shediac and approximately 20-25 minutes from downtown Moncton. It is a great getaway for a couple or family looking to take in some waves, seafood and sunshine.

Chantale's condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. Perfect for a couple. Lovely large balcony. We appreciated the added amenities of the gym and the spa. Beach is great for walks at low tide. The condo is close to shopping, restaurants, golf course and other beaches. Chantale was easy to reach and and answered all of our questions.

Chantale’s place was wonderful for my stay. I really appreciated the location, near the seaside, and enjoyed the quietness of the condo building and area. Chantale is a thoughtful host and kept the condo clean, comfortable and well supplied with everything, and more, than I needed.

Nous avons passé un bon moment à cet endroit. L’accès à une plage privé pour nos marches matinales et en soirée a été un gros plus! À proximité de la ville, sans être trop dans l’action. Le logement était propre et bien entretenu. Il y avait tout ce qui faut pour pouvoir cuisiner.

Nice condo to stay in. Great location, right on shore and close to everything. Chantale is super friendly and always responsive. Definitely would stay there again!
