Rest and unwind at this peaceful and centrally-located apartment. Located in the Fondren Historical District in Jackson, MS near shopping, bowling, a movie theatre, and plenty of food options. Perfect for walking or biking to Jackson State University Stadium and minutes away from several of Mississippi's major hospitals, including the children’s hospital, the university of ms medical center, and baptist, for all you healthcare professionals. The space is similar to a studio apartment except the bedroom is separate from the living room. The Courtyard is completely fenced in on all sides, but I would still recommend having your pet on a leash for everyone’s safety because other guests/residents might be walking around too.

The listing was as pictured and easy to find. Perfect for a one night stay as we passed through Jackson.

The whole complex was very quiet, felt like we had the building to ourselves most of the time. The property is fenced-in so it feels very safe and secure. It had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend away. Would definitely stay again!

I loved Heather she was very responsive. Check in was very easy. Cute little space for 1-2 people. However, the bathroom needed some paper towels for drying hands. The comforter had several stains on it. Not sure if the cleaning crew noticed it. All around a good stay.

The surrounding neighborhood is diverse with its residents and appearance. The Fondren area is up and coming with lots of new development planned! Currently though, Fondren suffers with some old, abandoned homes scattered about, but with the help of local businesses and organizations, those abandoned homes will soon be a thing of the past! All this to say, when you arrive, do not let the appearances fool you. Fondren is quiet and the neighbors are friendly :)
