The correspondence with the booking, and the cottage itself were first class. The place is amazing, with an unbelievable view. Although described as beach house it is a short 5 minute or less walk along a path and then across the airfield to the beach but don’t let that you put off. Only slight negative we found was inside the lodge there is loads of great features like jacuzzi bath, but a lack of instructions and no welcome pack about the local area etc.

Fantastic accommodation which suited our group including 3 kids and 1 dog. Very comfortable and well equipped. The views are just stunning and we loved watching the changing weather from the cosy house. We were very out of season for Mull but found the local Spar well equipped and a few places open to eat in Tobermory so didn’t need much else! Plenty of walks nearby and just enjoyed the scenery and wildlife. Some instruction manuals would be useful - we would consider ourselves pretty tech savvy but still took us a while to operate everything! We hope to return again sometime in the future.

Nice location with a great view! Communication was smooth & friendly. Nice and clean house. The kitchen could do with some more kitchenware and more plates/glasses, etc., but that is of course only a marginal thing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fantastic house with stunning views across the Sound of Mull. The house was spotless, and incredibly warm, a real positive given the weather! Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely Air BnB in a stunning location. A great base to explore Mull, bus stop on main road and 10mins by car from Craignure ferry port. Easy to find. Closest local shop is the spar in Salen which is a 5min drive. Tobermory is 20mins drive away. Modern amenities within the house including a Nespresso machine and ample space. Lovely layout and very warm. We especially loved the view over the water from the upstairs lounge which overlooked the airfield. Dog friendly which is a bonus however the garden is not fenced off so to bare this in mind if you’re bringing your pup. Would recommend to anyone visiting Mull + would happily stay here again.
