Exceptionally noisy late in the evening. Very heavy walker lives directly above this apartment. The stairwell is also immediately adjacent to the apartment and people came and went well past midnight for our stay. We had originally booked 5 days but left after 2 nights as we couldn’t stand the noise. I contacted the host but they didn’t feel that the noise was a problem. The park at the end of the road is littered with needles and drug paraphernalia. At the other end of the block there is a church where homeless tents are stationed as well as the morning food handouts. I would NOT recommend this location for families due to the drug problem and homeless population that surrounds this dwelling. We cancelled stay on Airbnb- for the 5 days we were suppose to pay $2,000 and despite communicating with host and Airbnb, we were charged $1,400 for the two nights. Terrible value. One of the worst Airbnbs we have ever been at based on the host response, noise and poor location.
The space was really clean, comfortable - and especially the bed in the main room - super comfy. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The location was great and convenient.
What a great stay! Location was in walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. One of our favorite things about this stay was the beds. We all had a great night's sleep which is important to us, so that was a plus! The place is very clean and very quiet. I would recommend staying here :)
This property was perfect for our needs…very walkable to various neighborhoods with great food; quiet at night; fully stocked kitchen, however wine glasses were nowhere to be found so adding those would be a nice touch.
This house is located in the heart of Harbord Village; nestled on a quiet residential street, surrounded by beautiful Victorian style homes and within walking distance to the University of Toronto campus, fine restaurants, bars, local parks and cafes. Amazing accessibility to subway, street cars and bike rentals.

自我介绍
I am an avid skier who lived out west for many years and missed the mountains when I moved to Toronto. I took a ski holiday to le Massif in the Charlevoix in 2007 and fell in love with the area for more than the fabulous skiing. I decided then and there to build a ski chalet in the area. In July of 2010, I took a sabbatical to build my dream log home on a gorgeous two acre property overlooking the town of Baie St. Paul. I never cease to be amazed and delighted every time I return here. Much to my delight, every season is spectacular: the brilliant autumn colours, the magical winters, and the delightful summers with all the water activities offered.
