The quiet and bright flat with independent entrance and access to the garden is located 5 minutes from the Chiemsee. There you can enjoy the unique sunsets in the famous "Strandbar", or you can rent a SUP, a boat or have fun in the climbing garden. The apartment is furnished with a queen size bed, kitchenette with bar and a large bathroom with walk in shower. The window front opens the view to the garden. The new house is built in Bauhaus style and furnished with handpicked vintage furniture. In the studio and the bathroom electrical blindings are available. On the terasse there is a table with chairs available.

Wunderschöne Lage, Ciemsee angenehm zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr schönes, sauberes Apartment. Alles top. 👍🏼

Wir hatten zu zweit eine wunderschöne Zeit am Chiemsee, wir hielten uns kaum in der Unterkunft auf. Diese war klein aber fein. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Wände zum vermieteten zweiten Abteil des Hauses waren etwa hellhörig, alles sehr modern und minimalistisch eingerichtet das Zimmer. Perfekt war die Kommunikation zwischen der Gastgeberin, die sofort auf jede Frage freundlich antwortete. Auch der Check in per Schlüsselbox war für uns ideal. Die Umgebung mit den verschiedensten Ausflugsmöglichkeiten bietet vieles für Jedermann.

Schönes und stylisches Appartement. Gastgeberin ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht und daher super Location für einen Kurzurlaub zu zweit. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und Erreichbarkeit von München mit dem Auto nur ein Katzensprung.

Sabines Vintage Studio ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Der Check-In war über die Schlüsselbox sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft eignet sich gut, um verschiedenste Ziele rund um den Chiemsee zu erkunden.

We had a short 3 day trip in the Mountains, I wanted a place that wasn't too far to drive from Munich Airport but also allowed us to hop in the car and visit other locations and this was perfect. The studio was great and was fit for purpose, very clean and exactly like the photos. Would stay here again 10000%.

Our little paradise is located between mountains and lakes. From the apartment you can reach the Chiemsee in only 5 minutes by bike, offering various beaches. From there you can take the boat to visit the castle Herrenchiemsee or the Fraueninsel with its monastery. A SUP and boat rental as well as climbing garden are offering a lot of fun. In the evening you can enjoy the sunset with a cocktail at the beach bar. For the culinary pleasure a variety of restaurants and beer gardens are available. For vegetarians I recommend the Tropical Station. There is a trail leading around the Chiemsee which is a nice day trip by bike. To our river the Tiroler Ache it is only 5 minutes with possibilities to take a refreshing bath in the summer.
For mountain bikers this area is a paradise. There are various routes on the mountains available. But also, mountaineers and hikers can find endless ways to enjoy nature.
Art lovers should visit the Exter house. For those who want more culture I recommend making a day trip to Salzburg in Austria.

We are located about 1 mile from the station Übersee. The Chiemsee you can reach in about 5 minutes by bike. To the Wössner See it is about 20 minutes by car, 30 minutes to Reit im Winkl with the picturesque Weit- and Mittersee. Salzburg you reach in 40 minutes by car or by train.
