Where to begin with this review! Before we even arrived at Alami Villa, Martha and Clay were responsive to questions, providing detailed notes about the area, the villa, services, and local attractions. But it was upon arrival that we felt the extent of the services provided at the Villa. Mr. Putu, the villa manager and former resort concierge, picked us up at the airport and drove us to the villa. We were greeted by a well manicured garden, beautiful touches around the villa, and wonderful smells! These touches continued as Mr. Putu helped to organize our time at the villa. We had an idea of things we wanted to do, and he helped us put together an itinerary that allowed us to stay active, see the sights, and still have plenty of time to relax poolside. From arranging cars, reserving restaurants, having food delivered to the villa, and arranging local guides, it took our dreams for the trips and turned them into reality. By the end of the trip we felt as though he understood who we were and what we wanted out of the trip and delivered memorable experience after experience. From the sunrise hike up a volcano, monkey forest, poolside couples massages and yoga, temple visits, and so much more, we made memories that we will carry with us forever. His knowledge of the local temples was special to us, as he guided us through several in the area, explaining their significance and helping us connect in a way I was not expecting. Our airline lost a bag, and Mr. Putu continually followed up with them to make sure it was delivered timely, allowing us to enjoy our time without the hassle of having to constantly call the airline to get status updates or scheduling deliveries. The other staff were helpful and attentive, without being intrusive. They gave us the space to relax with privacy while still managing to ensure we had all we needed. The breakfasts were delicious, and we found a new hot sauce that we will be using ALL THE TIME!!! We are already wanting to return and bring our kids to experience this amazing villa and community!

Alami Villa is hands down the best AirBnB I've ever stayed in. Infinity pool overlooking beautiful valley teeming with wildlife. All bedrooms are luxurious with ensuites and comortable beds. Staff were extremely accomodating and made us feel so welcome. They can organise practically anything in the villa or can have a taxi at the front door in minutes. Cannot recommend this place highly enough, I only wish I'd stayed longer.

The owners and staff were incredible. Any questions or anything that you wanted they would deliver. They offered white-glove service that is unmatched. I’m thankful to have experienced the amazing team and villa. You can hear the river below, have excellent photography/videography opportunities, and there is plenty of space to enjoy casual or serious events. The food is excellent along with the drinks. I needed to have some laundry done and the team took my clothes and shoes during the late afternoon to get them washed at a local place where the prices are cheap. By the morning time the clothes and shoes were folded nicely, smelling great, and in bags. The villa is towards the very end of a quiet street and very easy to find. No worries having to dodge cars on this street or experience crazy turns/hills. The property is fairly close to downtown Ubud, so you can experience amazing things off the premise as well. Again, anything you wish/need just ask. Everyone is super polite naturally.

We were provided with 5-star service! The Alami River Villa is nestled in the jungles, over-looking a river. Breakfast was included and consisted of delicious banana pancakes, eggs, and exotic fruit. Patu, the villa manager, was extremely welcoming, and assisted us in planning our our daily activities. He took car of our transportation, meals, and recommended we visit local secrets we never knew about. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Alami Villa River, and will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed our stay at Alami Villa, the location is absolutely spectacular - high up, overlooking the river and jungle surrounds. It is about a 15 minute drive to the centre of Ubud but the staff are brilliant and organise transport / food as required so the location is not an issue and you can sit back and relax and enjoy the tranquility. An absolutely brilliant place for a large group such as a family gathering or small wedding. Would stay here again.
