Tree organic farmhouse is located in an ideal spot, in the valley of the ginger hills which is famous for the large ginger plantation grown on it. The farmhouse is surrounded by nature with the hills of the Western Ghats on one side and Kanjirapuzha reservoir on the bottom. The Tree consists of a guesthouse and tree huts placed in the middle of the farm to give beautiful views of the dam, sun set and mountains from them. The property spans across an area of 7.5 acres with rich vegetation of coconut trees ,variety of mangoes and bamboos, mangosteen, banana, ginger, turmeric, fodder grass, rambutan, sapodilla, variety of jackfruits, java apple , gooseberry, jamun fruit, custard apple, wood apple ,kokum fruit , egg fruit, coffee, lemon , papaya , birds eye chilli , cinnamon , teak wood, butter fruit , drumsticks, sour fruit , pepper , passion fruit, Chinese banyan tree, Indian butter tree, Indian fig tree , Rose wood , juniper neem, variety of vegetables and more. Middle of the farm has a small valley and two water blue. Area also allocated for walking ramp, steps , resting chairs and stone tree rings , The Farm also has small cattle houses with buffalo, cow, goat , kadaknath , rabbit and lovebirds. Farm also have badminton and basketball court
