My girlfriends and I reunited in Nashville, and we lucked out, with Jason's place available. Not only was the description clear and images of the space accurate, but the home was in pristine condition and exceeded our expectations. The home is located in a great neighborhood in trendy East Nashville, 10-minute drive to Broadway, and within walking distance of coffee shops and tacos -> need I say more!!! The house has all the fine comforts of a well-kept home with chic decor and a spacious layout. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Nashvegas (Nashville) and hope to return in the future.

Jason’s place in Nashville is the perfect spot to be in the city. You are less than 10 minutes away from really any places that you’ll want to visit, whether that be downtown, midtown, or the airport. This is the second time I’ve stayed at Jason’s house with a crew of friends and we have enjoyed it every time.

This is not our first time staying at Jason’s place and that is because of his hospitality, the perfect location, and absolute pleasure of staying in his home. It has everything you need, close to everything, and Jason is the NICEST host around! We will absolutely be staying again on our next trip to Nash!!

The home was just as the pics showed. The updated dressing/vanity areas were perfect especially with several girls getting ready at once. Beds were comfy and clean. The host-Jason was very quick to respond when I had questions or asked for recommendations. Super close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you Jason fora great stay for our group stay! Beautiful house with lots a sleeping options for a large group and very comfortable beds! Two living areas that allow for groups to do different activities and so much spacious. Great outdoor space which was appreciated with the gorgeous weather! Great neighbor restaurants close by! Highly recommend renting!
