Only available for bookings Sunday-Sunday during June - August. The newly renovated small cottage (35m2) is placed on the same large property (5000m2) as our own weekend house, the houses are app. 25m apart and the cottage we are letting is placed on the backside of our house where we rarely are as we have our patio on the other side of the house. The driveway and parking area is shared. The property is set in a very calm leafy area by the sea app. 30 min drive from Stockholm. The beach is a short 300m walk away. Only weekly rentals Sunday to Sunday during high season and minimum 4 nights during low season. Bedrooms - There is a small bedroom with a queen size bed (140cm) and next to the kitchen there is a screened alcove with a bunk bed (please note that the alcove is screened with curtains and not a wall), the alcove has a window.  In the living room there is a queen sofa bed. We also have a separate bedroom in the outhouse with 2 single beds, perfect for teenagers as there is electricity and wifi :-) Please observe that due to the small bathroom and the fact that we have our own water we usually only rent to max. 4 adults as there is not enough water on the property to cover showers, toilet etc if it's very hot outside. 2 adults and 3 children max 15 years old is fine. Bathroom – very small but modern fully tiled bathroom with a shower and a normal water toilet from 2012. Living room - sofa, table and chairs, fireplace (working) and TV. There is free Wifi in the house. Kitchen - fully equipped kitchen from 2012 including dishwasher. Kitchen is stocked with detergents and cleaning supplies.  Children – there is a trampoline and lot's of outdoor toys suitable for small children   TV/Internet – we only have the swedish channels, free access to our internet connection that is quick enough to watch for example Netflix. Outside area - small patio in front of the house with table and chairs for 4 persons as well as a barbecue. The house is surrounded by it's own blueberry forest which guests are welcome to pick from of course. If you ask a real estate agent there is a sea view from the house but to be honest there are plenty of trees that obstruct the views.
