All amenities expected within a whole apartment. 5 minute walk from historic city centre with wealth of cafes/restaurants. This is a historic 1800s period chapel converted in to flats in the 1980s. It has plenty of charm and character, but important to note that it has been fully refurbished and updated inside. It is a cool property without much of the insulation modern builds come with, so perfect for the summer months. The large velux windows open fully meaning there is plenty of air. Two large ones in the lounge and one in the bedroom. There is a bath and a shower. The bathroom is compact but does everything you need and is modern and recently refurbished with brand new tiles and flooring. The kitchen is also relatively compact but again does everything you need and is recently refurbished with new flooring and integrated storage units. The amenities include fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, oven, smaller table top grill, washing machine, cleaning products, crockery, cutlery, pans, air fryer and practically everything you would expect to be in a kitchen except for a dishwasher. The lounge has a sofa and 50 inch tv which has Netflix available logged in to which you are welcome to use. Feel free to sign in to any subscription services Im not logged in to via Smart TV. I don't own a TV license so please bear that in mind. There is a desk space with chairs and a monitor meaning you can plug in your laptop and work. I should also point out that parking is not allocated so will need to be found on the road near the flat but given it is a city centre flat it does get busy with people using the spaces to park up and walk in to town. There is also no lift unfortunately between the floors. The LED lights in the lounge are controlled via an app but not an issue if plugs aren’t switched off. If they do malfunction they can be unplugged so wouldn’t cause major issues. You can also try downloading the app HappyLighting and connect via Bluetooth might work but not too sure if multiple users can control. Front and rear building entrance keys provided. The fridge does have my own food in it, but I will make a conscious effort to free up space for guests! There may not be enough for entire crates of beer but if you put individual things in there this will work fine. This is because I live in the property and rent it out when I’m not using it. Late check out is possible for a £10 fee. This property is not tolerant towards parties or excessive noise. Please don’t book this property if you plan to create excessive noise and please remember to keep keys on hand at all time rather than using the intercom to get let back in as the neighbours will not tolerate this. The intercom is also intermittent so please be aware of this when booking.
nice flat on the top floor. some low ceilings but not a problem for us . surrounding area is mixed, turn left and really nice, turn right and a bit more scruffy, not a worry though it all felt safe. luke communicated well throughout, all good! thanks
I had a great stay in this Airbnb. It was amazing value for money, in an amazing location (5-10 mins walk to the centre), well kept and felt homely. I highly recommend and would stay here again
5 minute walk from city centre, can be a little louder than some neighbourhoods within Worcestershire due to this. If you’re used to an urban location it won’t be loud.
