Marisa, thank you for the great stay that we had on Beebe Street! We ended up meeting both Marisa and her husband as they are the new owners of the Harborview, our favorite restaurant in Phillips, and that's where we ate dinner last night....excellent food and service!! Their AirBNB was clean, easy to find, and on a nice quiet street. Would definitely recommend to anyone!! Looking forward to eating on the Harborview deck this summer when we get to Phillips on a more regular basis. :-) Thanks, Marisa!!

This was our second time staying here. Did not disappoint. We will deffinetly be staying here anytime we come to Phillips. Great location and peaceful neighborhood.

Stayed here for a weekend in Phillips. Felt right at home. Super spacious house. Very clean place. Will stay here again

Marisa's place was very nice. It was easy find and get into. Marisa had a Roku, so we were able to relax and watch a movie. The bed was comfortable and the shower felt great after a weekend of camping. Marisa's communication was great. She answered questions ahead of time and was very pleasant. We would consider staying at this location again.

We just stopped to sleep while we were passing thru, but the house was exactly as described. It was a comfortable night and pretty peaceful
