The apartment is spacious, quiet, very clean and has 2 spots for parking. It feels very safe with the security booth at the entrance of the property. It has the amenities as listed. The WiFi was a bit unstable when I connected for work purposes but overall it was ok. Within walking distance there is a convenience store for grabbing some coffee and other snacks. Monterrey is a very industrial city surrounded by arid beautiful mountains. Unfortunately the smog throughout the city prevented clearly seeing them or the city's skyline. The AC in the apartment was very good in a city that can get extremely hot with temps reaching as high as 108 F (42 C). This is a good location to stay and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We had an amazing weekend at this location. Super comfortable the beds are amazing I slept like a baby! Would definitely recommend and I would come back! Thank you again!

Gaby fue super atenta y flexible con nosotros. La ubicación del depa está super bien, además de que el depa está muy bonito y cuenta con lo necesario. Lo recomiendo mucho
