Great host, great house! Traveling for work and this is the second property of Benjamin's that we've stayed at. His communication was top notch and the house was great. We will definately be staying again if we're in the area.

Clean, cozy, comfortable, matched description, it was great. I had trouble getting the thermostat to the right setting- not too cold/not too hot, and it is beside a school which can make coming and going a little tricky, but nothing terrible. I never had to cancel plans or wait forever. I really liked it and Benjamin was very easy to communicate with.

Wonderful layout for our family with 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Comfortable beds, great full kitchen that was open allowed us to all be together. Pet friendly with a fenced in back yard for our dog. Off street and attached garage parking a huge bonus.

It would have been fine if it were cleaned properly. We literally found a shoe under the couch. We had to sweep the floor, mop, clean the dry pee off the toilet. There was linen left in the washer the smelled like mildew. I’ve never had a poor experience and had to clean the unit to feel comfortable enough to sleep. Also the living room and the kitchen not having curtains made us feel unsafe. Felt like we were being watched.
