The apartment is situated within the spacious and iconic Cairns Aquarius complex. It has access to two in-ground pools, an outdoor spa, sauna, tennis court, a covered BBQ area, secure basement car park (for one small-sized vehicle), and a protected foyer entry with elevators. At the doorstep of Aquarius is the beautiful Cairns Esplanade - the city's beating heart. Excellent cuisine, cafes, bars, markets, shops, tour operators, the Esplanade Lagoon swimming facility and Marlin Marina, are just a short stroll away. Along with its location, breathtaking views, and luxurious amenities - 'Holiday Espie' has generously proportioned indoor and outdoor living areas, a well-appointed full kitchen with high-quality appliances, and a laundry with washer and dryer. The two spacious bedrooms offer a blissful night's sleep on comfortable king beds with ocean views. (One king bed can be optionally converted into two singles upon request.) very nice！ 这是来自中国上海游客的真实评论。这套公寓的位置非常好，很大的阳台，推开就是海景和云雾缭绕的山景，距离凯恩斯市中心的泄湖步行五分钟可达，距离港口步行十分钟左右。一路都是商店和餐厅，不乏网红餐厅。 周围环境很安静，因为隔着马路就是大海，所以车流量不大，道路上很多锻炼的人群，基本上没有环境噪音。我们入住期间早上九点以后楼上还是有装修，但这应该不是常态化的，对白天需要出行的游客应该不会产生太多困扰。 房源的所有图片和文字信息都是真实无误的。介绍资料很详细，不需要太多疑问就可以完成入住和基本的需求。入住的设计很安全。 公寓的后方是机动车库，唯一缺点就是室内车位比较小，不适合全尺寸suv，需要反复倒车入库。 m楼有两个泳池和一个网球场，免费使用。我们在外面玩的太累了，所以没有享受到。 后门车库外有垃圾箱。 房间里拥有住户需要的一切设备和工具。油盐酱糖，咖啡机，各种锅碗，甚至有筷子，有凯恩斯版本的大富翁和各种桌游，有医疗包和创可贴，有出行需要的备用毛巾，有放置行李箱的椅子，房间内还有网球拍和网球，有免费的netflix。太神奇了，作为住户需要的一切都能在房内找到。不仅齐全，而且整洁崭新和井井有条。 我们搬走的时候，家人都恋恋不舍，觉得还想在这里住下去，这套公寓确实各个方面太方便了。 我想我们以后来凯恩斯还是会选择这套公寓。推荐给来凯恩斯的游客，也希望你们来了以后也爱护好这处公寓。感谢
房间特别完美，干净舒适。位置好，楼下吃饭很方便，下楼就是海滩。阳台的景色令人心怡！房东特别热情，帮助我们提前入住。一切都很美好，可以放心去住。房间离码头很近，走路五分钟就可以出海。

Kirsty's place provides much more than a standard air bnb, everything is thought of, not to mention the quality of furnishings are not cheap and very comfortable. The location, space, and functionality of the apartment is wonderful to reside in.

PARKING:
'Holiday Espie' includes one allocated basement car park. This car park will only accommodate a small to medium-sized vehicle. If you have a large SUV/4WD, trailer, camper or other large vehicle - there are on-street parking options available.
Cairns has a mix of free and paid on-street parking. In the CBD and other high-use areas, parking is generally time limited between 1 and 3 hours.
Time limits apply between:
- 8.30am to 6.00pm weekdays
- 8.30am to 2.00pm Saturdays
(Outside these hours, and if there is no time limit posted, parking is restricted to 8 hours.)

ELECTRIC SCOOTER HIRE:
'Beam' electric scooters have partnered with 15 tourism operators across Cairns - including the 'Cairns Tours Booking Centre' located at 100 Abbott Street (behind the 'Cairns Aquarius' complex). To hire these purple e-scooters you'll need to first download the 'Beam' app onto your smartphone (as its an app-based service). Pricing starts at $1 to unlock, and then 51 cents per minute thereafter.
CAR HIRE:
There are several car hire operators within walking distance to 'Holiday Espie' - with many on 133 - 153 Lake Street (Avis, Budget, Ace, Thrifty, A1 Car Rentals). If you're on a budget though we can also recommend 'Rent-a-Bomb' located at 144 Sheridan Street.
LUGGAGE STORAGE:
There are two luggage minding services nearby to 'Holiday Espie' - which can be particularly helpful if you arrive by plane early but check-in isn't until the afternoon.
1) Stasher - Hire a locker for an hour or a day. There are several locations across Cairns City including inside the Adventure Cairns and Beyond, 96-98 Lake Street, Cairns City (a block back from 'Holiday Espie'), and at Mini Car Rentals.
2) Bounce - App based luggage minding service with pricing per bag from $8/day, and $10,000 insurance protection at an extra $2.60/bag. Located near the Cairns Aquarium - download the app for details.
