Awesome place! Centrally located so you can literally walk to anything worth visiting in Walnut Creek. Will be visiting again.

This was an efficient little spot that was clean and dog-friendly, which was what I needed. The kitchen was fine, the wifi was good, and the gym was great. I felt safe in the neighborhood and went running on the nearby trail and felt safe doing that. I would stay here again. That said, there are 2 things to be aware of: 1. The parking in the garage in super annoying. When I paid for parking, there wasn't a way for me to just pay for all the days I wanted and instead I had to pay again every single day. I was late twice and they gave me a "ticket" and threatened to tow my car. I called and explained that I just wanted to pay for my entire stay. The person on the phone explained that the only way to do that is to download the app - which I did, and the app didn't work. So, annoying. 2. The nearest park with grass for my dog was 3 blocks away. So, sort of a pain to walk that far late at night and first thing in the morning.

Very convenient, centrally located downtown, clean, secure, friendly staff, well-appointed kitchen. The photos were a tad misleading, making it look larger than it actually turned out to be. Priced a bit high for the space. Parking is convenient, but plan to pay $20-$34 per night depending on the length of your stay. Also, they told me they are transitioning the units to all long-term leases, so I was not able to extend my stay and the property will be unavailable after May 1, 2024.
