Great place to stay.

Vince was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The place was neat, but could use a deep clean. I brought this to Vince’s attention and he was very responsive and said it would be addressed immediately. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was great, the hot tub was wonderful after skiing, and the location was perfect. That’s all we really needed, so it was an overall great stay.

The location is ideal and the price was very reasonable. I appreciated the quick and friendly responses provided by Vince whenever we had a question. This was our very first experience with an Airbnb and it was a relief to see things go smoothly. A few areas for potential improvement--the bed in the master bedroom was much too soft for my taste (totally subjective, some will love it). The building has annoying/irritating air fresheners pumping fragrances into the hallways outside the apartment--to be clear, this is not inside the unit and I'm sure it's outside Vince's control. But it did leave a negative impression on my family when we would come and go. Not a big deal overall, but something to keep in mind for those with allergies.

Vince was very responsive and helpful. The complex is located in a convenient spot for accessing all the well-known ski areas. The gym is as good as I've had while traveling. The hot tub was saltwater and very nice. The parking garage was easy and secure. The unit itself was clean and simple- think IKEA. The apartment has a full-size washer and dryer and many other niceties. The bed was very comfortable- memory foam. I mentioned very low water pressure in the master shower and I'm sure Vince will take care of it. The other bathroom had great water pressure. It's a great place. I'd stay again.
