房东人很好，总是在第一时间回复问题。 位置便利，离展馆，博物馆，艺术馆，女王街，码头都很近，都是步行距离，非常棒！ 厨房什么东西都有，很方便！ 有洗衣机，烘干机，太方便了！ 值得入住！有机会还会再来。

don't bother with any of their locations you need to leave early to drop keys back. they aren't about service or the customer. have turned me off airbnb

Das Apartment war wie beschrieben ausgestattet, sehr sauber und in einer perfekten Lage an der South Bank. Das Gym, der Pool etc . sind perfekt für den Bedarf den wir hatten. Stellplatz ist Gold wert . Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Pleased with our choice as it definitely met our needs. Clean, comfortable with all amenities in good working order. I’ve stayed in this precinct once a year for the past 5 now and have always enjoyed it, so definitely not disappointed with the location, but I do feel that the “Central South Bank” description is misleading when it is actually at the north-west outskirts of the precinct. Nothing bad about this precinct though, it’s close to Fish Lane restaurants and QPAC, and a 15 minute walk to the Center of Southbank , Suncorp Stadium, and North Quay. Heads up to those booking this apartment though, be aware that check in and check out is a real Russian doll process with the keys located at another site in a locked room in a locked box. The car space is a good one with clear space on one side to unload but initially tricky to locate as car spaces are not identified sequentially. If you’re reversing in and have an SUV be careful the air duct doesn’t damage you tailgate.

Lee was very good and kept in touch. The picking up of key was 2 1/2 blocks uphill away and when you have luggage it wasn’t very pleasant. We got there to find neighbour renovating and all kinds of stuff in hallway. Waiting for the elevator every time took quite awhile. No view but clean and tidy.
