Next to the home is a spacious annex with a bunk bed with good mattresses, an extra fridge, vacum cleaner and a childrens chair. In the closet you find a toolbox, lifejackets for one adult and two children and toy. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, (induction /hot air), dishwasher and a microwave oven. The bathroom is furnished with a toilet, shower cubicle and recessed sink in a laminate desktop, where there is room for a baby changing pad. There is a toilet cabinet above the table. The shower cabin is spacious, but with a sloping ceiling, so if you are very tall (2 meters ), you may have to bend over a little :) In the bathroom you will find a washing machine for 4 kg. There is a foldable drying rack in the house. The dining table can be expanded with 2 plates and extra chairs from the rooms. In the living room, you can relax in the 2 stressless leather armchairs or in the comfortable 3-person sofa, where you can watch TV on the 40" flat screen using the chromecast. (there is a wireless WIFI/fibernet connection, but no ordinary TV channels. In the small guest room there is a desk top for children's activities or computer work. The desktop can be folded down, if more space is needed. There is a soundproof fire door between the room section and the kitchen/bedroom/livingroom if needed for peace and relaxation. Enjoy the outdoors on the south-west facing wooden terrace with garden table/chairs for 6 people or on the covered terrace with 4 armchairs, bench and table. There are also 2 sunbeds. A large lawn invites you to do ball games and play. There are 600 m to a campsite with an icehouse, mini golf and a playground with bouncy pads.
