On the 1st floor, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom in the luxury class, which, in addition to the shower, has both a spa and a sauna. Both the three rooms and the bathroom have access to one of the two balconies on the 1st floor. The south-facing terrace in particular is sunny and offers a wonderful view of the forest. Kitchen family room, living room and the bathrooms all have underfloor heating.
