decent location could do with some work electrical sockets need replaceing and a couple extension cords but ok overall

I am sure the owner is a nice guy. However condition of the property was very bad. Bathroom terrible. Stains in the toilet. Bathroom was not great. Kitchen was ok. But fridge was set into a cupboard with the lead hanging out going to a socket so door never closes. Sitting room had a plug in fire. Didnt work. Badly fitted. Front room doesnt know if its a bedroom or sitting room. Only room with a TV and always freezing cold. Back bedroom no heating. Beds terrible. Convinced the sheets where not the freshest. All the furniture is atrocious.. grubby dirty or falling apart. The front if the house. OMG !!! The weeds all over the front a foot long is really bad. Not a good look and did not get better inside the front gate. Poorly looked after property with a lick of paint over crapy walls and a fireplace stuck on with expanding foam. I hate Air B and B as they dtick on this cleaning fee. Thats a joke. Only food side was that it was cheap. So cannot fault the house in that department.

Exactly what we needed. We used it more as a base so spent minimal time in the house itself, but the lockbox for the key made it easy for people to come back when they felt like they'd had enough. Don't navigate the stairs to the attic after a drink - My only request would be a light switch for the attic in the attic and not at the bottom of the stairs. Happy.

Quick reply by host, accommodation itself was fine, but location was reported as not being good by those staying.
