Nice, quiet, rural setting, but easy access to quaint old town Collierville and good (45 minute) access to Memphis ballparks. The place was very clean, and reasonably well equipped. 3 king beds in 3 separate bedrooms was a huge plus. Cons: although a nice pool table was advertised and in place, there was only one pool cue stick, and it was broken! Outside trash bin by the drive entrance was stuffed to overflowing, and some of the overflow bags on the ground had been ripped into by animals and garbage scattered in the gutter. I have a feeling the previous renters were not that great! Although it didn’t bother us as a small party, the upstairs is oddly configured. If you are planning on sleeping 4 people in the upstairs bedroom you better make sure they have strong bladders, because the nearest bathroom is down a tight spiral staircase and across the house. Still, for our purposes we would rent this place again, and have graded it as excellent accordingly.

Nice large layout. Room wasn’t ready in time but we managed around that. Location was pretty good but it took 15 mins to get to restaurants and other conveniences (gas etc). All in all satisfied.

This is an older house that has had a lot of really nice upgrades done. The furnishings are nice, the beds comfortable and they provide several good amenities. It’s a very safe and secluded area. Unfortunately there were a couple issues when we checked in but we were able to work through them with the management company. They were responsive to our needs. Overall, if you are looking for a place to stay near Collierville I would recommend this house.

When we drove up to the house, the outside trashcan was filled with trash. We had no where to place the trash we accumulated over the weekend. Also there was a smell in the house that we were unsure of. Like old trash. We had to buy air fresheners. We had a security issue. One of the bedrooms patio doors wouldn’t close or lock. We called the owners and they responded immediately but couldn’t fix the door until the next afternoon. So we had to block the door with a bench. Other than that, the weekend was great. The home was spacious. Plenty of rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. We lived the family room for the children.
