I rent out a Queen-size Bedroom good for 2. There will be a shared kitchen,living room,bathroom & terrace. The apartment is well-furnished,fast wireless network,Google home Bluetooth speaker & lights and everything that makes you feel at home.The apartment is also well-equipped kitchen with basic cooking ingredients such as salt,black pepper & cooking oil where you can cook your food.You can borrow all my basic cooking utensils & kitchenwares. Microwave oven,kettles, & fridge where you can put your food items are available inside the apartment.Tea & coffee are for free. Only towels and bedsheets are included during your stay.Electric iron is also available.If your using my washing machine & dryer you need to pay 50kr extra. COMMON AREA RULES: 1. No shoes inside the apartment.Leave them in the entrance hall. 2.Jackets and big clothings should be hanged in the hallway. 3. Be careful dragging your luggage as it can scratch the floor and the walls. 4. Always lock the apartment door for security reasons.Close it slowly to not create a loud bang. 5.Turn on the exhaust when cooking to avoid smell in the apartment. 6.Put the dishes,glasses,pans,spoons and fork,etc inside the dishwasher. 7.Please clean after yourself when using the common area (bathroom,kitchen,dining table &living room) 8. No loud noises(talking,music,activities,etc.after 11PM. Thanks for respecting the place.
