The dining room invites you to eat together and almost every bedroom has comfortable seating so you can sit back and relax. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all important things such as shower gel and shampoo for you. We want you to feel at home with us and have a pleasant stay.

房子挺不错的，房东也挺热情。楼下也有许多商店可以买到吃的，挺方便。唯一不足的就是暂时没有 wifi，希望能尽快安装
Alex's place was very spacious and beautiful with a very high-ceiling rooms. We were travelling as a group of five colleagues, staying a week in order to participate in a work-related conference in Vienna. The apartment suited us well. We were especially pleased with the kitchen, which was fully equipped and had also enough kitchenware - and a dishwasher! There was also enough coffee to fulfill our caffeine needs for the entire week (we are all Finns, known as the nation with highest coffee consumption per capita on Earth). Three of the bedrooms are facing the street, which is a bit noisy, but this did not really bother us - Vienna is a big city, and is alive day and night. It was very easy to move around, the nearest tram stop is just 20 m from the door of the building, and Westbahnhof is a mere 10 min walk away (riding the tram one stop takes you there in two minutes). A good base for many kinds of adventures in Vienna!
Wir waren zu 7. für eine Nacht in der Wohnung. Wir haben nur dort geschlafen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sehr sauber. Man hört zwar etwas Verkehrslärm, was jedoch bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht am ruhigen Schlafen hindert.
A nice stay
Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr guter Lage. Wohnung ist sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Für Gruppen mit 4+ Personen empfehlenswert. Parkplatz beefindet sich in der nähe und mit der Bahn ist alles gut erreichbar

The Mall Lugner City is a 3-minute walk away, where lots of shopping and relaxation options such as cinema, bowling, billiards, etc. can be found. There are also many bars and restaurants on the street in the area, where you can have breakfast, eat something or have a drink in the evening. There are also supermarkets nearby.
Parking spot: On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays you can park for free on the street in Vienna.
