Davor is a wonderful captain and navigator, knows everything there is to know about the islands, where to go for a private swim, where to dock without huge crowds, etc. He handled the boat with ease, and provided great recommendations on a route to follow. We had several fantastic swims in quiet and private bays, very memorable. He is a wealth of knowledge about Croatia, history, current issues, and is most willing to share. The boat is showing its age but solid, the front cabin quite comfortable for two with a portal that opened up into the star-filled sky. Toilet, shower, worked quite well. The second sleeping compartment was constrained for two, and had we not had perfect weather, the cabin would have been a bit cramped for eating. With good weather, we greatly enjoyed our breakfast and lunch on the boat, while stopping for very good evening dinners at our various ports. Davor was very accommodating.

4 days and 3 nights wasn’t enough time!!! (2 adults, 2 teenaged boys) but Davor showed us the most amazing places and we had the best time!!!! Sailing, swimming, cliff jumping, sightseeing from the best local on his beautiful sailboat! Thank you Davor, one of our most favorite vacations

Our 2 kids (14 &11) had a great time, as did we, during our 5 days from Split to the islands. Davor did explain that August is a bad time due to how busy the marinas, bays and ports get, but he found us spots in 2 bays for snorkeling and marinas in Vis and Milna which were all lovely. We got under sail a fe times briefly too but lots of motor cruising (due to conditions) wasn't too expensive and on the last day had a full 3 hours of sailing in quite windy conditions. As we're not experienced in sailing it was an exhilarating experience and Davor had it all under control though it wasn't a good opportunity to 'learn the ropes' (as the the waves were 2m+ !) and I can't claim to have picked up many sailing skills. From the moment we arrived Davor was very friendly and stated from the outset 'no rules!'. Not really knowing the form it was a little unsettling at first, for instance cooking food (Davor seemed to prefer taking care of his own meals) or getting back from restaurants (we soon realised Davor was extremely flexible, even when we needed ferrying from shore). In hindsight, perhaps a few 'rules' or just a bit more routine guidance would have been welcome.
