Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the wonders of Ancient Siena, such as the renowned Piazza del Campo and the Church of San Francesco. You will experience an atmosphere of another era, thanks to the authentic ceilings made with 17th-century ancient terracotta tiles and thousand-year-old oak beams. With multiple sleeping arrangements, Suite 35 is ideal for both young couples and families. You'll inhabit an apartment where every tiny detail is designed to offer you a perfect and relaxing stay. Upon entering, you'll immediately find the LIVING ROOM with a dining table, an open kitchen, and a Large Smart TV from which you can play your favorite movies on Netflix. The KITCHEN is fully equipped to meet every culinary need. Oven, fridge, freezer, sink, and stove, as well as a kettle and a Lavazza coffee machine with capsules for each guest, ensuring you enjoy a great Italian coffee. The BATHROOM with a shower cabin is fully equipped with a hairdryer, a set of soaps and shampoo, as well as a set of three towels of different sizes for each guest. In the BEDROOM, you'll find a comfortable Queen Size bed for a restful night's sleep and a versatile open wardrobe to organize your clothes. Descending to the lower floor via a SPIRAL STAIRCASE, you'll find a cozy LIVING ROOM with a comfortable sofa bed where you can comfortably watch your favorite series on the Large Screen TV with integrated Netflix. From the LIVING ROOM, you access the small BEDROOM where a comfortable single bed and multiple wardrobes will welcome you. The SECOND BATHROOM is complete with a practical glass shower cabin, toilet, bidet, and sink. For each guest, you'll find a set of soft cotton towels and a welcome kit that you can use during your stay. It is strongly recommended to use the apartment preferably for individuals without mobility issues, as the apartment is spread over two floors connected by a rather narrow spiral staircase.
