Welcome to our stunning 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 storey town house located in the heart of the CBD. Our spacious and modern house is perfect for families, couples, or friends traveling together. Located a short walk to Latimer Square a beautiful green space, Cardboard Cathedral and Cathedral square. A number of great eateries close by for dining, otherwise the property comes with a fully equipped kitchen. 1 Bedroom with Queen bed and 1 full tiled bathroom. Study/office nook with WIFI. This 2-storey townhouse has the Living, Dining, Kitchen and outdoor area on the ground floor. Sofa bed is located in the living area, bed linen is an extra cost for sofa bed. First floor contains the bedroom with Queen bed and bathroom. Upper floors accessed by stairs only. The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large 50 inch Samsung flatscreen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a dining area with seating making it easy to enjoy meals together. Should you choose to dine out it is a very short walk to an incredible number of restaurants, bars, eateries and cafes. Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.

Great location within minutes walk to CBD. It’s nestled deep within the estate so there’s no traffic noise at all. Very peaceful. We had a good rest before we began our road trip. Thanks. Parking really depends on luck. Had to circle a few times around the neighbourhood before finding one. Best to drop your bags first and have someone keep watch before looking for parking.
Small house with fully equipment in the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room. Very proactive communicate and promptly support. Easy to find and access to the place, highly recommended.
Very clean kitchen has everything you need. Quiet place, nice stay.
Accomodation was within walking distance from the bus interchange. The place was very clean and neat. Love how cosy it feels and comfortable. Basic necessities were given and the kitchen utensils are clean. The toilet with heated seat and bidet was the big plus point. Host was also very responsive to our troubles. Hope to stay here again when we visit Christchurch.
