The house was clean and well equipped. It is on a very quiet street which is close to local shops, restaurants and bars in Kings Heath. For children there is a nearby park with a playground. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful.
Clear instructions and very responsive host. My only complaint would be about the stairs being very steep, otherwise, everything was as expected
You need to be ready for the beds if you go to this place. I like hard mattresses; this was like sleeping on rock. It took about a week for my wife's back pain to subside. The house is otherwise clean and orderly and professionally run but these were the worst nights' sleep I've had in years.

My employees stayed at Gins property as a home away from home for a work trip. Gin was a helpful host and proactive with responses, and very accommodating due to being let down by another Airbnb last minute. Property is great value for money, nice and clean.
