The house includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, dining area, kitchen, and backyard. Close to trendy restaurants and bars, art galleries and transit to get you wherever you need to go. In the middle of Queen and Dundas West. Great for couples, small families, and solo adventurers. Huge backyard, covered seating, BBQ, and outdoor dining table. Short walk to the best coffee shop, shopping on Queen Street West, a night out on the Ossington strip or a walk through High Park. The house is located on a quiet street with a park just at the end of the road. You’ll walk in to the private living room with a dinning area on your right. There is a couch and a large TV to connect your Netflix to and enjoy. The living area leads into the kitchen with everything you’ll need including a coffee press, soda stream, blender, and toaster. Off the kitchen are the stairs leading up to the two bedrooms, one washroom, and a storage/dressing area. The first bedroom has a king sized bed with tons of light. The bathroom is small but has a bathtub and shower. The two mirrors open up for additional storage. The second bedroom has a double bed. The house is all yours including the use of the backyard. There is a basement tenant who is extremely quiet and does not have access to the house. They use the backyard to go into their basement unit but know the backyard is yours during your visit. They are very very friendly and resemble the elderly man from the Disney movie UP. Parking - There is street parking available through the City of Toronto temporarily permit office. You just pay online, print the form or write it out, and put it in your car window.
