Sehr günstig gelegenes Appartement, ca. 300 m vom Meer entfernt. Tram und Bus quasi vor der Haustür (mit 10er-Karte 50 Cent/Fahrt) bringen einen direkt in die Innenstadt. Dachterrasse sehr schön und groß. Tiefgaragenstellplatz inkl. Rest wie beschrieben alles vorhanden.

Trevliga värdar som är lätta att kommunicera med. Stor härlig terass men tyvärr svårt att öppna takfönsterna. Nära till en väldigt vacker strand.

Great spot near the beach and Cabañal. The tram is right below the building. The terrace was the highlight.

We stayed 28 days (February and March 2024) at Daniela's apartment and here are our comments: this apartment is quite large and the large terrace is really pleasant for having meals when the climate permits. As for the location, it allowed us to go to the seaside every day (minutes on foot) and access to the historic center is easy thanks to the bus, tram and metro. There are grocery stores nearby and even a nice neighborhood corner market located 10 minutes from the apartment. That said, if you are a poor sleeper you will hear the elevator and a little of the neighbors. As for the facilities they are quite worn out and I believe the term "luxurious penthouse" is inappropriate. Finally, regarding the reception on a Sunday knowing that the grocery stores are closed, it was quite simple, no bottle of water, not even a little olive oil, desert. After several rentals in Spain 🇪🇸 we can say that there are more welcoming hosts.
