We asked him if we can check in early, he agreed. We arrive at 1pm, message him on the app. Reads the message and blanks us. Then tells us it will be ready at 2, we come back at 2 and the cleaners arrive so we waited another hour. No hair dryer in the premises when it’s clearly stated. Outdoor shower doesn’t work. Pool isn’t heated. And questions he read and didn’t do anything, say anything. Neighbourhood smelt of weed. A gardener came to the villa early morning and he didn’t tell us one would come. Not much toilet roll. Other than that the villa was nice, driveway looks good, pool is cold but looks good. The restaurant pastaz is great(it’s around the corner) Didn’t use the kitchen, so no comments on that. There is security by the gate at night so that’s a bonus. One of the ac don’t have a remote and it barely worked. Some of the ports are messed up. Some lights don’t even work. One of the bedrooms lamps are upside down. The views from the house was gorgeous. A beautiful and extremely spacious villa in a lovely walled estate. Mohammed was very quick to respond and his colleague met us at the house and showed us around. Unfortunately we were there because our daughter was unwell and we had to visit Clinique le Marrakech (5 minutes walk away) so we didn't get to enjoy the place as much as we would have liked. We did enjoy the pizza place across the road and and Mon Quotidien for breakfast. We hope to come back again in happier circumstances.
