We have just returned from the best long weekend at the Manor House. The facilities in this house are amazing and within a 5 min walk into the local town and literally next door to Spar which has everything you need! Wouldn't change a thing! Book it and you won't regret it

We loved spending the Bank Holiday weekend here, there was plenty of space for our group of 16 adults with great facilities in the house. the town is a 5 minute walk away and has everything youd need and there are plenty of pubs that serve great food. we would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here. Lovely big house, beautiful kitchen & lounge. Location is great, we walked to a nearby pub for lunch & 20 min drive to Barmouth beach & village which was amazing. The house is very private and the house itself is beautiful. Hot tub was lovely!! Some feedback would be 1 of the main master rooms had an awful smell from check in. But after 4 days it was still there. Was looking forward to playing on the table tennis etc outside, but pictures are deceiving. It is tiny / kids size. The house was clean but probably not deep cleaned in places - very dusty parts some dirty bathrooms and sinks and makes in rooms/broken stool. Some small parts need fixing up, door handles, marks & holes in places. Finest retreats said they would discuss an earlier check in to our own cost but then never replied to any of my messages. The description on air bnb needs updating, the rooms do not match the bathrooms / en-suites listed, wifi codes etc all wrong to what they are.

We had a great family & dog weekend, property was amazing, hot tub was very welcoming after a long hike on the Saturday! Good location short drive to Barmouth, easy walk into town and local pubs, short walk to an easy river walk. Would love to return again.
