It is well-insulated and on a quiet neighborhood street. Some of the other houses on the street are older because most of my neighbors have lived here for decades, and the neighborhood is in transition. Despite the exterior appearance of some of the houses, this is a safe, well-lit neighborhood. I have left the back door and my car door unlocked all night before without incident. The room includes modern furnishings that were purchased in mid-2023. My house has an active radon mitigation system with levels guaranteed below 0.6pCi/L which is below safety thresholds of both the EU (2.6) and EPA (4.0). For guests staying longer than 14 days, driveway parking is available upon request, and free room cleaning is available every 14 days.
