Enjoyed the stay, but I'd say it's really only good if you only need somewhere to sleep and you plan to be gone the majority of the day. Aside from the pool and standard TV's, there wasn't much else to do while we stayed in the home. Pool stayed chilly for most of the day and I'd say was usable if you are okay with slightly cold water, which we were! Just expected a bit more with the cleaning fee being so high and with the lack of furniture and entertainment. Nothing terrible, but just okay and that's okay!

Great place This will be my first option for future stays in Yuma. Beds were comfortable.

this was my first time renting an Airbnb. Jesse has clear instructions and made everything smooth. very responsive and friendly. house smelled very clean when walking in. I loved everything about his property. more. their house was more beautiful then it looked like in pictures. the pool was clean and the orange tree was clean around the ground.

The home is beautiful. However, they do need to put more furniture for example and tables with lamps in the living room and in the bedrooms make sure it is clear that there is no ice or water into the fridge. Excellent Home I would stay there again very comfortable. My suggestions would just make it far more comfortable and like home.
