Lorrie's place is exactly as described in the listing and in the pictures. We found her place to be comfortable, functional and cozy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a couple of meals, as well as there were great restaurants right around the corner. Lorrie's place was very clean and we always appreciate that! We enjoyed the enclosed front porch to drink our morning coffee AND the patio in the backyard to enjoy an afternoon drink while grilling our dinner. We liked the fenced in yard - one of the reasons we chose her place - so our dog could enjoy outside time off the leash. Also, the backyard was very beautifully landscaped which we enjoyed. And the option to sit at the patio table (with an umbrella) or in the Adirondack chairs was greatly appreciated. Lorrie's place is walkable to many places, one of which is Lakeside park, an easy (sidewalks all the way) 10-12 minute walk from Lorrie's. We would absolutely stay at Lorrie's if we find ourselves in Kingsville again.

Lorrie’s place is in a great location for exploring downtown Kingsville! Dining and shopping just around the corner and a very short walk to the lakeshore to enjoy nature. The house was spotless and clearly underwent recent updates! Lorrie took the details of a guests stay into consideration and supplies nice towels and bedding, extra touches in the bathroom in case you forget essentials like a toothbrush or makeup remover, and even left snacks and hot cocoa/coffee for us. Some bubbles and eclipse glasses for extremely kind bonus items for our stay. Highly recommend Lorrie’s place if you are looking for a clean, relaxing home with outdoor space in downtown Kingsville.

Lorrie was a great host, the house was so clean and well stocked with everything I needed. Close to downtown so I could walk to everything. I didn’t have my pup with me but definitely would next time. The yard is perfect and fully fenced for a fur baby. Will definitely book again in the future!
