Terrible experience with the tour package. I paid 4,564 for 3 days and 2 nights. Timmy called after i booked and insisting to have a package tour for 11,000 for 2 pax for short trip at caramoan, tour guide and food for 5 meals for 2 pax. As per timmy the amount of 11k will be deducted which i already paid at airbnb. I paid the boat tour for 3k and insisting to pay 8,400 for the tour package. Which is he over charge us and insisting that we paid under the airbnb is the commision only. Fuck 4564 is not a commisin its a two days staying at accomodation. He given the 2k back but i over paid him 4500. This is my first time encountering this kind of person. I used airbnb since 2019. But this scum must stop. Please beware.

Everything was good except for the bathroom which smelled like a public toilet and the fact that the islands suffered from low electricity supply most especially during peak season. Because of that, we had no airconditioning at night and the fan barely worked all night too. Please indicate that so that tourists like me can manage our expectations accordingly. We had to cut our trip short and decided to leave a day before we had to because of that fact. Kudos though to kuya Timmy and his team for trying his best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The food was delicious and was more than enough for our whole family.

Timmy is a friendly welcoming host . Room with a nice terass and nice view . Staff very carefuly and friendly . We had free coffee every morning and possibility to have breakfast lunch and diner at timmy’s place . We ate very delicious crab.

Timmy, their caretaker was very efficient and easy to talk to. Easy to book, very accommodating.
